All About ISTD

Indian Society for Training & Development is one of the premium National Institution engaged in promoting Human Resource Development with a specific focus on Training/Learning & Development. The ISTD Vadodara Chapter is one of the active chapters of the ISTD National Network and we are pleased to announce our Flagship event “ ISTD Trainer Award-2024”.

We offer a unique platform for Trainers, L&D professionals, Academicians & Change maker from SME to showcase their USP in areas like L&D, HRM, OD, Leadership Development, Capability Building, Coaching, Mentoring, Training & Upskilling . Our goal is to Identify , recognize and reward each contributor for their valuable dedication and contributions through ITA platform

Content, Technique based presentation & Measurement of training effectiveness

Training Delivery beyond Mother institution ( Applicable for Academicians)

For Corporate-

Dynamic Mentorship: Transformative guidance for individual growth and for fresher.
Organizational Alignment: Program tailored to meet corporate objectives.
Revolutionary Training Methods: Utilizing Innovative Training Needs Analysis.
Measurable Impact: Tangible business results and behavioural changes.

The jury members, at their discretion, shall give additional marks for the overall impact of the presentation.

Non ISTD Member - 1500 INR/-Per Person

Corporate/SME Category

(Corporate/SME Sponsored Team of 2 members)

SME Category : 4500/ INR

Corporate Category : 7500/ INR

Application Process

Selecting the Category

A Short note on your last 5-year transformation journey through innovative training practices effectively articulating the path going forward (Max. 300 words).
Payment Details (Proof of Payment)
Upon successful registration, anticipate a delightful confirmation from the event secretariat delivered to your email/WhatsApp.

Methodology

Presentation by Participants covering innovative approach used in training in the given time slot based on the no. of registration for virtual and physical mode, date & time shall be allotted.
Presentation shall be followed by interaction with jury.
Participants shall have option to select virtual/physical mode of Presentation.
The declaration of the winners will be announced in the Award Ceremony scheduled on Sunday,14th April 2024.
